Wave 3 Shipping Update 2

Hi Unkindled,
We’re thrilled to hear many of you have already received your Stretch Goals.
As of last week, Wave 3 fulfilment is in progress worldwide!
Two key notes:
- Until we post an update to say Wave 3 fulfilment is complete, Wave 3 fulfilment is still in progress. So, don’t worry if you haven’t yet had your tracking number.
- If your rewards are showing as "Shipped" on Backerkit, that just means we've sent your details to the fulfilment hub. You’ll receive a tracking number once the hub has sent out your rewards.
To give you an idea of when to expect your tracking numbers and rewards, here’s a breakdown for each area:
USA/Canada
Your fulfilment hub, Quartermaster, has already sent out over 9,000 orders.
In addition, the stock from the MOL CHARISMA arrived at Quartermaster’s hub on November 6 2019.
(This shipment contained another 8,000+ boxes of Stretch Goals, plus all copies of the Vordt and Double-Sided Gaming Tiles add-ons.)
Previously, Quartermaster was only able to send out orders that didn’t include add-ons.
However, Quartermaster is also now able to send out orders that do include add-ons, i.e. Vordt of the Boreal Valley and/or Darkroot Basin and Iron Keep Tile Set.
HANOI BRIDGE (the boat carrying Language Copies and Retail Units) is currently still on the water.
United Kingdom, Europe and Rest of World
Your fulfilment hub, 3PL, started sending out rewards on November 6 2019.
As of November 11 2019, one third of orders have already been sent!
If you haven’t received your tracking number already, you should get it soon.
(But as 3PL is covering the largest number of countries, don’t worry if you don’t get it straight away.)
The stock from the EVER GOLDEN, which is carrying Language Copies and Retail Units will arrive at our UK HQ on November 13th.
Australia/New Zealand
Your fulfilment hub, Aetherworks, has started sending out rewards and should be finished this week!
Stretch Goals and Add-Ons will be shipping separately, so if you have Vordt of the Boreal Valley and/or Darkroot Basin and Iron Keep Tile Set, they’ll be coming as an additional delivery.
Asia
Your fulfilment hub, VFI, started sending out rewards around November 1 2019.

Wave 3 Shipping Update

Hi Unkindled,
In the last update, we confirmed Wave 3 had set sail.
In fact, some of you have already received tracking numbers.
Keep an eye on your emails, because the rest will be going out soon!
To give you an idea just how soon, let’s take a look at where your rewards are right now:
USA/Canada
CONTI CONQUEST and MOL CHARISMA carried Stretch goals, Vordt and the Tile Set.
CONTI CONQUEST arrived at port and the rewards were taken to the fulfilment hub.
As of yesterday morning, your fulfilment hub, Quartermaster, started sending out those rewards!
MOL CHARISMA and HANOI BRIDGE (the boat carrying Language Copies and Retail Units) are still on the water.

Australia/New Zealand
ITAL MELODIA carried Stretch goals, Vordt, the Tile Set, Language Copies and Retail Units.
The boat has arrived at port and your rewards have cleared customs.
Your fulfilment hub, Aetherworks, will start sending out your rewards later this week!
United Kingdom, Europe and Rest of World
OOCL UNITED KINGDOM and EVER GOLDEN are both carrying Stretch goals, Vordt, Tile Set, Language Copies and Retail Units.
Right now, these boats are still on the water.
(Check out the table in our last update for a reminder on when they’re due to arrive.)
Your fulfilment hub, 3PL, will start sending out your rewards at the end of next week!
Asia
Your fulfilment hub, VFI, will start sending out rewards at the end of this week!

So you can copy and paste them into the search bar, here are those boat names again:
- CONTI CONQUEST and MOL CHARISMA for the USA and Canada
- OOCL UNITED KINGDOM and EVER GOLDEN for United Kingdom
- ITAL MELODIA for Australia
Based in Asia?
Because they travelled by road, your rewards have arrived at the fulfilment hub.
Right now, the hub are packing your rewards.
We’ll update you when they’re ready to start sending them out.
So What Happens Next?
After they arrive at port, the rewards need to pass through customs, then travel to the fulfilment hub.
This usually takes around 7 days.
(And how fast it happens depends on how busy the port is.)
Once the rewards reach the hub, the hub will unload the containers and take inventory.
After that, they’ll start shipping your rewards out to you.

Wave 3: Manufacturing Update

Hi Unkindled,
Let’s get straight to it:
On August 19th, we went into detail on estimated Wave 3 fulfilment dates.
(To give you a rough idea of when to expect your rewards.)
As it says in the update, those dates were based on information we had at the time.
This week, we received our own update:
There’s a minor manufacturing delay.
Which is why the manufacturing stage is both great and not-so-great.
Great, because it means your rewards will soon be on their way to you.
Not-so-great because, once we reach this stage, there’s only so much of the process we can directly control.
However:
Our Logistics wizards have worked their magic to keep any impact on you to an absolute minimum.
The Good News
Right now:
We’re still on track for Wave 3 to be fulfilled worldwide by the end of November 2019.
(When your order is ‘fulfilled’, that means your local delivery company has sent your reward to your address.)
What’s changed are the collection dates, i.e. the dates that rewards will be collected from the manufacturer:
All rewards for the USA, Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe and the United Kingdom will now be collected from the manufacturer by the end of September.
So, What Happens Next?
You may remember the dates we gave you on August 19th weren’t collection dates, but fulfilment dates.
Because of the manufacturing delay, we can’t yet give you updated fulfilment dates.
So, let’s run through what happens next:
When manufacturing is done, your rewards will be ready for collection.
(These are the ‘collection dates’ detailed above.)
After they’ve been collected, your rewards will be taken to port and loaded onto boats.*
(This whole process takes about a week.)
As soon as your rewards are on the boat and in the sea, we’ll be able to give you another update.
*If you’re based in Asia, your rewards will travel by road rather than by sea. We’ll update you as soon as they arrive at your local delivery hub.
Wave 3: Address Deadline This Friday (August 30th)

Hi Unkindled,
This isn't a full update, we just want to remind everyone that your address absolutely needs to be up-to-date by August 30th which is this Friday. We'll be sending out a reminder via Backerkit tomorrow, but we wanted to let everyone know here as well, with a walkthrough of how to do it.
How to update your address
STEP ONE: Request your Backerkit page via this link.
STEP TWO: Check your email for a link to your Backerkit confirmation page. It'll be titled "Recover your Backerkit account"
STEP THREE: You'll be taken to the page pictured below; just click the "View Confirmation" button as circled.
STEP FOUR: On the confirmation page, check if your address is correct. If it is, that's where your rewards will ship to. If your address is correct, you do not need to enter your details again.
If your address isn't correct, click "Edit Shipping Info" to being updating your information. (If "Edit Shipping Info" doesn't show up, skip to "Alternate Ways To Update Address" further down the update.)
STEP FIVE: Fill out the forms with your current shipping address.
- NOTE: You may receive a pop-up which says "We cannot validate your address. Please submit your address or change it." All that means is it wants you to double check you're happy with the shipping details you're submitting. Click "Submit Address" to validate.
Alternate Way To Update Address
There's a chance that when you get to STEP FOUR, the button for "Edit Shipping Info" is missing. If your details look correct, you don't need to do anything and you don't need to re-enter your details. If you do need to edit your details and cannot edit them via Backerkit, please get in contact with the SFG Support Team via the Support Hub, and we'll change it manually.
You only need to contact the Support Team if your address needs updating and you can't do it via Backerkit.
Final Reminder
Once more, just in case. You have until Friday, August 30th to make sure your address is up-to-date in Backerkit. If your address is incorrect, it will be shipped to the incorrect address. If your address is incomplete, it won't ship at all. We're really close to everyone getting their Wave 3 rewards, and we don't want anyone to not get them due to an out-of-date address.
