Shipping Update - Fixed Translations Into Production

Once again we have been busy gathering all the information we can to present to you. Here is the current state of the final parts of Wave 1 Shipping:
Italian and Spanish Translations
The feedback has been excellent since we put out the PDFs of the updated and corrected Spanish and Italian translations. Thank you once again to all our backers for their patience waiting for an update of when they would receive their physical copies of the game.
After working with our new translation partners, it was obvious that the quality throughout the product was not of the standards we expected - as such we investigated all options we had to ensure a quality product was delivered. We decided that the correct course of action was to translate and re-produce all areas of the product - this includes:
Box Top/Bottom
Rulebook
Cards
Player Boards
Updated Italian Cards
Updated Spanish Cards
The logistics behind fixing this problem have been difficult. We have organised shipping of the original product back from the shipping hubs to the manufacturer, allowing them to re-print and re-assemble the games.
Re-assembly covers removing all components out of the old sets (such as Dice, Models, Rivets, etc.) and using them to create the new, correctly translated version. Once this has happened - they are then shrink-wrapped, boxed, put back on pallets and sent back to the shipping hub for delivery.
The current timeline as of right now is 6-8 weeks for production and re-assembly to be complete, then an additional week to send and start to deliver to backers from the hub.
Although this set back has taken some time to fix, we are happy now with the solution and feel it will meet the backers expectations of quality.
The rest of the shipping status of Wave 1 is as follows:

Germany: Complete (English copies shipping today)
Canada (French): 1-2 Weeks, arriving at the hub 10th June
Ireland: Shipping now
Australia: 4 Weeks ETA

Since the start of this project we have been rapidly moving to grow our scale as a company. As a lot of our backers know - we are a new company and this project has brought a huge change to our organisation, structure and size. One of the big changes has been the move to a brand new UK HQ.

We had planned to start shipping the RoW/Other pledges from our new warehouse last week, but our racking installation had an additional week delay on its install. As you can see from the photograph above it is now in place and shipping will begin from today. The territories covered are:

The information we have gained and the feedback from backers has been invaluable for us. We seriously cannot thank you enough for your patience and dedication to us during this time. All that we have learnt will be fed into the Wave 2 shipment later this year.
We will still hold 100% true to NOT selling in any territory until all Kickstarter Backers have been sent their copies.
We recently attended the UK Games Expo and Dark Souls was entered into the 'Best American Style (Miniatures + Dice) Board Game' Category...and we won!

Finally, we have increased our support team again since the last update but we are still fighting hard to reduce the inbox. A lot of your requests have now been dealt with - we estimate within a week we should start to be fully on top of the situation and have dealt with the large influx we have received. Again, apologies if we are taking a little while to respond to you during this time but your requests will not be ignored.

Shipping update again for Wave 1:
UK: Complete!
US/Canada: 99% Complete!
EU: Partially shipped, see below.
IT/ES: Awaiting updated manufacturing quotes for translated components.
Australia: 2-4 weeks for arrival of the core game.
Asia: 2-4 weeks for arrival of the core game.
Ireland: End of this week.
RoW: Shipping to start Monday 29th May.
We have been gathering all the information we can as usual on the shipping process and have some updates (good and bad again) for you all today.
Firstly, the UK and US/Canada have all now virtually been shipped. These territories made up a large amount of the Kickstarter itself and we are so happy seeing all the backers receive their copies. Any issues that backers may of had are being dealt with via our support team (who we have drafted even more help into) and will be handled as soon as we can.
Ireland is due to land at our hub at the end of this week and should start shipping. The Rest of World copies will be at the hub on Monday 29th and will start to be processed then. We had received misinformation about the status of these last update hence the updated timeline we have now presented. Australia, Asia, Italy and Spain are all at the same stages as the last update.
Europe is at various stages of delivery. German language copies have started to arrive and French copies are due to be landing this week. English copies should also start to arrive towards the end of this week across Europe. There have been a few mistakes in how the shipping across Europe has been handled and how they are released to the shipping agent - we are now confident most of these issues have been handled and by the end of next week we expect most if not all of the German/French/English copies in EU should be delivered.
Again, we thank all backers with their patience during this phase. We are learning a lot regarding the process and incorporating all feedback and knowledge into our Wave 2 shipment later this year. We would also like to confirm that general retail will not happen in a territory until we are confident all shipments within that territory have been sent to kickstarter backers.

Hi Unkindled,
Shipping is in full swing right now across the world. It has been a huge logistical effort from us and our shipping partners working with all the various challenges that have appeared during the process. As always, we try to keep backers fully updated when we have news - good or bad. Below is the current state of all copies of the game:
UK: All copies have now been sent and should finish arriving this week.
EU: Shipping has started of the core game, this includes English, French and German copies.
IT/ES: See translation information below.
US: Most copies have now been sent, with the rest finishing arriving at the end of this week.
Canada (we remembered!) : Shipping should begin from the hub this week.
Australia: 4-6 weeks for arrival of the core game.
Asia: 4-6 weeks for arrival of the core game.
Ireland and
RoW: Shipping process will begin by the end of this week.
Australia/Asia have an unfortunate wait on the core set which at this stage is unavoidable - we can only apologise for that. When we come to Wave 2 shipment we will use our experience learnt to try and correct this delay window we are experiencing now.
Translations
We have had the initial work done on the Italian and Spanish rulebooks - which are now available here in PDF format here:
We are assessing the game components and what parts will need to be changed/updated outside of the rulebook right now and working with our manufacturing partners to figure out the easiest, quickest way of getting these corrected and out to backers. Once we know more around the timescale of this we will let all backers know.
Support & FAQ
Right now, as you can appreciate our support is getting a lot of queries. Please understand we will get to each one but we have had to draft in additional staff to help assist the process. Below are the most FAQ we are getting asked right now:
Where are my stretch goals/add-ons/tiles/expansions?
These will begin shipping in October 2017 as part of Wave 2.
Some of my pieces are missing/broken. How do I get replacements?
We hold our products to the highest standard and will replace broken or damaged components. Please email [email protected] – the team are VERY busy at the moment but will respond to all emails. You should receive an automated response, when you receive this your email is in the queue. Please do not continually email as they work from the date the email was received.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number can be found by logging in to your BackerKit, the tracking number will become visible once the distribution centre updates it.
When are you shipping to my country?
We cannot give an exact timeframe on when the distribution hubs will be shipping to individual countries.
What does 'partially-shipped' mean in BackerKit? Partially-Shipped will show up because we are shipping the Core Game in this wave, and stretch goals in Wave 2.
I'm moving house before Wave 2 shipping starts. How can I change my address? You can change your shipping address via BackerKit.
Finally, it’s pretty amazing to see all the people who are now receiving their sets, playing the game and absolutely loving it! Here are some photos we have seen coming in from around the globe!

Hello Unkindled!
Review copies have begun to arrive with various YouTubers, Bloggers, News Sites etc and the response has been fantastic! We’ve listed some of our favourites below:
Shipwire and Backerkit are testing the first batch of US orders for smooth delivery, if all goes to plan
then they will begin the process tomorrow (25th April).
US Hub #1 Product has arrived and expected to be sending Thursday and Friday for shipping.
US Hub #2 Product on route and expected to be sending the week after.
EU: New boxes have been ordered (matching what we did in the UK for secure shipping), and they should arrive today (24th April). Once they have been packed up and labels printed then copies will begin to make their way to you.
RoW/Australia/Italian and Spanish language copies: As per previous update.
The EU Hub will be sending out a handful of English language versions of the game tomorrow to test the shipping method, if all is well then we will immediately move into the full roll out
of German and French language version will follow this.
