Shipping Update
Australia copies now in the air - still awaiting ETA of landing.
Asia copies have started to be shipped - awaiting ETA of arrival from shipping company.
Movement should be happening on the other outstanding orders (some have already arrived) so we expect them to be cleared soon.
IT/ES same state as last update.
If your still having trouble - please drop an email to [email protected] to help you out.
Tomorrow we are due to start processing any missing part orders that have been in the system so you will also start to see these queries be resolved.

Wave 1 Shipping Update + Tuesday Teasers

Shipping Update
Australian copies have now been collected and left the UK warehouse and we have confirmed that they will be on a plane on Wednesday. We expect them to take 4-5 days in air travel to arrive at the hub - but we will update once we have a confirmed estimate on this.
BackerKit and our shipping partner have now fixed all the errors regarding territories such as Austria, etc. You may have noticed your pledge changing status. The final few backers will be processed through tonight and then onto delivery.
Proofing of printed assets for the Italian/Spanish printed at the EU manufacturer have now been confirmed, awaiting arrival of the Chinese parts (cards) at the EU manufacturer for assembly

Survey
We have had a lot of responses in relation to the survey - thank you so much those who have already filled it in. It is clear there is a huge demand for us to open it back up and with consideration we feel we should be able to do this in the next few weeks. We are working closely with BackerKit now regarding the logistics of this and had a meeting yesterday with their development team to ensure everything we would like to do is possible.
If all goes to plan, we expect to be able to open the survey around the 7th August.
We have had a lot of questions regarding if the additional products will add to the expected delivery time of Wave 2 - simple answer is it won't. Most of the time in production comes from the mould creation. As we are not creating any new moulds everything should be fine with the increase in production levels we are expecting.

This is a super small update to let everyone know of how the updates will be happening from now on:
Every Tuesday and Thursday we will put an update out checking the status of everything Wave 1 related as we have been doing daily
Although we are stopping daily communication (at request from backers), we will be including 2 teaser images in each update - so people are not missing out (due to a lot of backers enjoying the daily spoilers!)

Shipping Update
We have had confirmation from BackerKit and our shipping partner that a lot of the 'problem' territories will be fixed today and see movement (Austria, etc.), so we are expecting these to land next week.
Australia is now all fully palleted and ready to leave our warehouse - we are still awaiting an ETA on length of flight but we expect it is roughly 4-5 days length of travel to arrive at the hub. Again we will keep you updated on this.
We should have an update on Asia with some ETA's mid next week on their arrival times.
Switzerland - German & French copies have now been sent and should be arriving next week.
IT/ES still in production with expected timeline as outlined.
Daily Updates
We have had some complaints from backers relating to the daily updates filling up inboxes...next week we are going to move to a 'twice a week' update system for the main posts to hopefully ease this issue.
We will however have our community engagement team on every day within the comment sections to keep the constant communication - so hopefully we will have the best of both worlds for everyone!

No movements from yesterday. Again we are in constant communication with our various partners and once we know - you will know. We are expecting to have more information for tomorrow's update...but until we receive the information from our US partners tonight we cannot be certain.
